Sequence Studio is a team-based studio, full of creative and like-minded dreamers and led by interior designer Loretta Lovecek (Bachelor of Interior Arch (Hons.), UNSW). 

All trained designers, we allow our backgrounds in private residential, multi-residential, boutique hotel, hospitality, retail, and lifestyle design to inform interiors that evoke emotive responses as well as meet functional requirements. Fascinated by the movement and sequencing of people within interior spaces, we are driven by our clients, their lifestyle, and their needs to create unique and curated interiors that reflect the narratives of those who will engage with them. 

We understand the design and construction process can be overwhelming, costly, and time consuming for home and business owner. Through our experience and expertise we aim to help guide our clients through the process and reduce the required client input to a level of involvement that suits each individual client we work with.

Ultimately, through out designs we aim to collaborate with our clients and other good, passionate builders, consultants, suppliers and craftsmen to create interesting and thoughtful work.

STAGE OF OUR PROCESS:

A. Discovery and Concept Design - Detailed briefing, feasibility studies, layout exploration, design direction and mood imagery.

B. Design Development - Detailed plans, elevations, joinery design, and product specifications.

C. Approvals Documentation - Local council approvals including Complying Development Certificate and Development Application documentation sets.

D&E. Tender and Construction Documentation - Detailed design packages to allow for builder costings value engineering input, and construction detailing documentation

F. Furniture and Art Specification - Specification of furniture and art to compliment the approved design.

G. Design Management Services - On-site design management to ensure the project is being carried out in accordance to the approved design, and to assist with site development.
